    Problems with Transact Today?

I believe the TT patent gave the vendors 1 of 2 choices. If you were able to display market depth when placing an order then you couldn't have one-click capability, it required a confirmation pop up. So in order to have 1 click capability, the market depth disapears when you go to place an order.

anyone are using CQG trading plataform? ?

CQG as an execution alone system is very easy to use, very reliable, and very cost efficient for low volume traders. I haven't used it as my main system in a while but i still use it as backup because of its reliability.

    T4 Trading Platform

Its great. I had demo for a few weeks and have been live for a few weeks. Has many features that x trader has. Very customizable and reliable. It caps itself price wise so it becomes a bit cheaper for people who want x trader features without the heavy cost. I recommend it highly.

    Trademaven? Avoid At All Cost!!!

I DISAGREE. THE PATS HAS ALWAYS BEEN UNRELIABLE AND THE TRANSACT WAS VERY GOOD. RECENTLY THE PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURED ON BOTH DATA FEEDS WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT THE SOFTWARE HAS PROBLEMS.

Anyone using CQG order entry system?

I used to use CQG. I found it to be one of the most reliable data feeds ive used. I'm surprised you had a problem. One click order entry is not available anymore. You must have a confirmation window. TT patents. You can use the buy and sell market buttons or click on the price. Only...

    TradeMaven 3.0 Interface

i heard elocal had only $7,000,000 in customer deposits. Do you realize how small that is. This is not an established broker. Combine that with the mess Trademaven is for service you have a potential disaster on your hands. NOT worth it IMHO. Many better platforms and brokers out there.

    Warning about changes to Transact

ALL platforms will have to conform to these restrictions because of the patents. The only platform you can get the same TT features on the dome is Ninjatrader because of their deall with TT. So any platform you use that has a price ladder will have the same or similar restrictions.

    Company buy back of stock

When a company buys back stock they ARE actually buying the stock that is outsatnding. Once the stock is bought it is no longer outstanding and lowers the amount of shares that are outstanding. The shares bought still remail part of the float. Companies do this for several reasons. the 2...
