yeah, that could explain it. they would be the same or pretty much the same, but then get off by quite a bit at times. in my experience with very rare delays on my system, i am more inclined to think i was looking at different markets, but maybe not? anybody who trades these chime in here...

I am watching @US, @TY and @FV in tradestation, and ZB, ZN and ZF in IB, expecting them to be the same, but they appear not to be. My months are all the same. I was under the impression @US was electronic and @US.P was pit, so @US should be the same as March ZB right now. Can anyone advise...

personally, i found there was more information in the rhythm of trades than the pitch (price level) of trades .... but then was left wondering if the rhythm i was hearing wasn't so much ebb and flow ala a squawk, rather the belching of tradestations data feed. it sounded sort of like a cha-cha

this is good :) i think it's easier to form mentorship relationships if you have something to barter. for example, edge related knowledge, technical expertise ala programming, or research time. these are valuable things to exchange with other traders, most have all three, but many have more...

surf - quite possible, if i remember there are literally something like 200 "ray's" pizza joints in nyc lol, completely unaffiliated. pretty odd.
