    If there a big pop in the real estate bubble,isn't it very possible for the banks to lose tons of money if foreclosures occur,especially if the home prices drop to a price that is lower than the amount of debt owed to them on each home?

    Atlanta offers plenty of activities and nightlife.Homes are very affordable in the suburbs.I'd stick to towns like Roswell,Alpharetta,and Kennesaw.For the most home for your buck,i'd go with Kennesaw.

    Out of curiousity,say one owes $500k in principal and gets foreclosed on and the lender sells it for $400k because the market went down.What happens with the $100k that is still owed to them?Are they stuck with the loss or is the home owner who lost his home required to pay them $100k?

    LU barely moves.You get eaten up in commissions.I guess the firm has not much to lose,since losses,if any,are offset against the commissions you end up paying churning that stock to death.
