Is anybody comfortable with the R/R for these? I've been testing some of these out this month but the naked straddle positions even for only 10 days or so still make one uneasy. Due to that fact, realistically you don't want to place too many lots but try to spread out amongst numerous...

I don't see how "stops" in options trading have much to do with cutting losses, unless you are making directional bets of the underlying.... but even then you have other elements (time decay, vol etc.) to consider that can render "stops" more harm than help. We are not dealing with Futures...

No harm no foul in generating a discusion about trade recommendations from advisories for the benefit of education.

How can you judge the advisory by just "one" position? Maybe it is part of other positions in the portfolio that they may want to offset .... Maybe it's just me but I've learned not to judge based on incomplete info. BTW I am not their client.

Honestly it is difficult to make half of your current salary in financials given your background. It will be unrealistic to think that you won't have to work from the bottom in financials making 50K a yr (obviously depending on which part of the country you are in). How you thought about...

Does the "one" option trade have to be based on the long equity positions you hold, or just any option positon(s) based on any underlying? Maybe if you can tell us what exactly you want, someone here should be able to make some educated suggestions.

Is it just me or is the TOS platform currently not displaying the GOOG APR chain? It only has chains starting from June.

Before you start trading options, you need to get to know the markets and how they work.... I am not sure if you do, judging by your posts.

That I am not so sure. So far it works well and I have not heard anything negative about this type of access .... but then again, I am not a tech security expert.
