    Ever had a supernatural experience?

Turok, You erred in your conclusion of the percentage problem that subliminal posted on the riddles thread, so that disqualifies you for being the spokesperson for math and science. :D

    Ever had a supernatural experience?

Now who's putting words in another person's mouth? I never said that one man's claims outweigh everything "we" know about reality. All I'm suggesting is that there may be some merit to the "under-culture" of ghosts, UFOs, etc. Since it isn't fashionable for the "rational" person to believe...

    Ever had a supernatural experience?

Well, I think we have mutual respect for each other. So when I call you things like "asshole" and "dipshit," I hope you can look past those terms and realize I don't mean anything personal by them. I rather enjoy going head to head with you. So, by all means, please start round 2,421 of...

    Ever had a supernatural experience?

What I find amazing are people who go around trying to debunk everyone else's experiences (i.e. Axeman) due to some underlying need to confirm their own bias (whatever that may be). Try this one out, Axeman. Why don't you just assume for a moment that perhaps you don't know everything. As a...

    Ever had a supernatural experience?

One time, I took a shit and got up but there wasn't any poop in the toilet at all. I have no idea, to this day, what happened. It really creeped me out.

    Iraqi prisoner photo scandal

When I saw the videos of Arabs detaining and holding Americans, I was upset. Then again, this is a "war" and I would be living under a rock if I were to assume that those situations would never take place. Unfortunately, sometimes I wish I could live under a rock but there isn't much room to...

    Iraqi prisoner photo scandal

Is this sensational reporting? Is this accurate reporting? We're given a story by a freelance photographer with no ability to follow-up on the claims made in the story. Stories similar to this serve to stir up emotions within people and cause them to react to situations that may have never...

Speed through airline security--disguise yourself as an Arab

Not that I know of, but I don't see why it would be hard to research and build one that works fairly well.

Speed through airline security--disguise yourself as an Arab

When it comes to profiling by race, it just cannot work. You'd have much better results profiling by actions, demeanor, suspicious activity. You could put an infrared camera above the security gates and see if anyone is unusually warm (nervousness -- blood flow to the surface, etc)...

Speed through airline security--disguise yourself as an Arab

I don't agree with racial profiling because it just doesn't work. If you are a U.S. citizen, you deserve the rights of citizenship regardless of race, creed or color. However, if you are a foreign national, get in the longer line. I do it every time I go to Europe. There is an EU line...
