How to Avoid Getting Whipsawed in Chop?

How to Avoid Getting Whipsawed in Chop?

    MCD is in trouble !

It's going to be a pretty dangerous last week of the year for swing trading with overnight volatility and the typical low volume of these dates. Another thing that comes to mind is that due to the uncertainty of the taxes for next year our government put a damp on one of the most bullish...

How to Avoid Getting Whipsawed in Chop?

Might be due to my style. I use a combo of simple TA, buy low sell high, average down, and get out when wrong, especially, reversing. I don't have a problem reading an uptrend or a downtrend but chop I do, so basically formulated a style that will defend myself against chop by ways of...

    How to buy the bottom

It can be done occasionally but not regularly otherwise the list of Soros, Rogers, Buffett, and all the great ones would also be known as that + Handle123 :D Small risk, large reward, high accuracy does not come by frequently.

    How to buy the bottom

No one needs to buy the bottom or short the top, that's just an egotistical naive thought. You just need to be right on direction.

    Doesn't look good for retailers

Ya same here, I examine stuff through website reviews, youtube video reviews, then hit Amazon, and online retail places like that. No reason to deal with parking, rude people and crowd. Maybe I'm a hermit.
