You are correct, currently it is only the stplmt on eCBOT that can be set to trigger outside RTH. We are in the process of reworking the RTH topic.

Agreed; the RTH hours are not logical for all the products. We are working on rectifying it. Until the product based "liquid hours" are on-line, please set the "trigger outside RTH"; that will make your stops trigger during all hours. Thank you.

The TWS audit-trail showing what stop you submitted. Approximate time of when you think the stop should have executed and did not. Thanks. Edit: ditto for the market order that takes too long to execute.

These are rather general statements. I hope you realize that they give the readers the impression that our stops don't work. Aside from the RTH confusion (which is not a malfunction and which I promised to address) I am not aware of any problems in the stop area. Other ET'ers are not sending...

I think it is the same issue - the customer not knowing that by default the order does not trigger outside RTH. Am I missing something?
