Also, one could make the agrument that we are now in a cyclical bull, within the secular bear. One Ewave view is that a 5 wave advance started on oct11th... we are now working on wave 2 ( 2 and 4 are corrective waves), wave 3 would take us above 9000 for sure.

I am looking at buying DIA but you could buy calls or dow futures if you want more juice.

Ok, we had the same idea. I think we will get a pull back of 50% on the DOW... this confidence number should spark a couple days of selling... too much air ie gap ups underneath the rally.

Thought about giving SVS a chance? "Jasper" could be modified to automate most of that strategy. All you have to do is follow the plan.

Swing trade the indexes DIA,QQQ,SPY IMO, you are less likely to fuck up if you have to wait days or weeks for your setup. I too went through 10% acct size in a couple of trades on YM. That was back in june. Now I strictly concentrate on swing trading the index. I don't crap my pants...

If your system works on multiple time frames, why don't you apply it to QQQ on a longer time frame. Get around the daytrading rule by not daytrading :)

What are your thoughts about the recent performance of the system? Is this just a temporary drawdown/sideways shuffle, or is the system expectancy too low?

Can you do a screen capture of this chart and post it? I had been using slow stochastics with 34,34 on the 1 min prophet.net chartstream, and it was ok. However when I tried this on quotetracker I it didn't seem to be the same.
