Analyse your daily trades, look if there is a pattern in the time of the day when you have a lot of losing trade, and turn off the computer at those periods of time, go for a walk (or play with the ... as suggested by some...) :D Cheers!! :)

I don't think there are rules written in CBOT books on roll over date, except for the notice dates and delivery dates... As for the roll over dates, it's just the different strategies used by the big hedgers. For us (except Bones), small fish speculators, we just have to follow them, and pick...

Kingston and Crucial are amonst the most reliable RAM. It's better to have 1 bank of 512 Meg than 2 banks of 256Meg, Windows will have less problem trying to synchronize two banks. Cheers !! :)
