Yes it is. I haven't tried charting software with it yet. Some stuff isn't compatible with W8 as of right now. Nice operating system but I'm a Mac guy...Can't wait for business apps to be just as compatible with Apple products!

when i say scalp i mean risk 1 point for 2 points on a very high win rate. i average about 2 points a day which is okay.
