Im almost a hundred percent sure it wont...not for me anyway....If I can watch and stream 4k video fine or play some video games with decent graphics fine I should be able to load up some freaking charts fine... Its not a hardware issue.

I agree...While not perfect...I really do like a lot of TWS functionality and tools. But its performance is dogshit if you want to use more than a handful of charts...switching tickers and loading charts is slow if have lots of charts open. Its quite pathetic actually and its not gonna change...

IB support has stated several times to me that TWS is hard limited in the resources it can use because it runs in a Java virtual machine. Doesn't matter if you have a super computer at home. It will still run like shit if you try to push TWS too far. Full stop. I was told I was pushing TWS...

TWS sucks...IB knows it sucks...They dont care to fix or improve it really. Support straight told me other day they view themselves as only a Broker. "Its in the name Interactive Brokers". So you should just be thankful for the software they give you. The shitty performance is the way it is...

I experience extreme lag or even frozen charts with IB and TWS at the market open every day. only answer i've gotten from IB is I'm pushing TWS too hard with all the charts i have.
