pennying a market order is not what we are talking about. if someone uses a market order then they get what they get!!!!! pennying a limit order may entail never being filled and watching the specialist fill himself a penny above your order and taking off in the other direction. an automated...

indian jobs are safe at the moment. call centers need strong english language skills. other jobs in india are too white collar. china's niche is slave labor paying slave wages and working insane hours.

5.6% may be the jobless claims numbers but unemployment is at disturbing levels. read somewhere today that close to 15 million are unemployed...appx 10.9%.

well, when a "ghost" order gets printed right in front of me i will guess it's the specialist versus an auto-program. i don't really mind the "auto's"...i feel i can beat them 80% of the time if the specialist don't interfere. but most of the time the specialist can't keep up with the "auto's"...

they we're discussing 300 nyse stocks....but i hear that has been shelved. supposedly, the actual companies were very opposed to being part of the test group. so i guess we shouldn't hold our breath.
