where do you get late pre market indications on a particular name from? a news feed ? floor souces ? the way a name trades pre market ?

now that the mini's in the Spoos and Nas100 are so liquid do you think they can drive the direction of the OPen Outcry in the pit in chicago of the big contracts? Or do they strictly follow the ETF's and Big Contract? for that matter ... does the ETF follow the E minis intraday ?

I have heard some traders will be setting up globex terminals right next to the Nymex pits to try to gain the edge for quick scalps and arb against the big contracts in open outcry

thats my opinion .... futures is worst place for begginer to start almost as bad as fx trading .... now if one can find someone to provide the capital to trade at no monetary risk ( like the turtles in the 80's) :)

I noticed some frozen quotes in my TWS workstation today logging off and on does not do the trick , but I got a bulletin that the tech guys are working on the issue. :(

DEF I am still hoping it will be possible for the TWS to update quicker than it does now ... perhaps I am mistaken but it usually seems like when I have a position .. my P+L does not update that quckly ... perhaps only 1-2 a minute?

the minis follow the big contract in globex time so if your e minis are not live quotes use SP use NQ Instead when looking at 24 hours using 10 minutes charts
