I use www.gainskeeper.com, it works great. I also tried TradeLog but I was surprised that the software which costs this much is written so unprofessionally. I requested refund after a few days.

I used them with the following results: lots of spam, poorly timed trades. More Schedule D entries then gains. Good customer service though :) They even reimbursed me for the unused portion of the subscribtion when I cancelled.
