Well if your processing withdraws within a day that is good to hear. :) My main concern with Cannon is the Gain / Open E-cry. This is their default online platform / FCM. When I signed up I must have had 10 "errors" with the trading platform. These wernt errors of course. Just GAIN playing...

FXCM most likely, Problem here is that IB had the best client profitability which I imagine that FXCM will start chewing through the IB traders that move over.

Not a big fan of Cannon. There was a withdrawal that took 2 1/2 weeks, then their open e-cry / GAIN combo was a disaster. So many "platform errors" after 1 weeks trading.

Just throwing it in the mix, however Etrade normally comes last on Barrons reviews for futures. Especially in pricing. However u said u don't plan on placing much trades. Eurodollars to, guess ul be holding a while :).

Are u in the US? Because the future is ur best option IMO. Rather than trading with a bucketshop. Sign up with AMP futures. There is no better. If ur in the UK or somewhere where using a bucketshop has tax benefits then probs go Oanda or similiar.

Thats why most traders will use the future :). If you send a buy limit order through at the bid then you don't pay the spread. Infact u get paid the spread :p

I'm a buyer only, and I don't trade ES calls because when the market rises the prices hardly move because of IV. However when it drops the ES calls follow it. I have the complete opposite opinion on this. GL.

I think that crossing the spread turns the trade into a statistical nightmare. Risk / reward / payoff. I always wondered what sellers do, do people even take their offers at the mid deep OTM?

Just a question for deep OTM sellers, when you sell ur options, are you getting the mid? or do you have to cross the spread. I've always wondered. Because statistics go out the window if your crossing the spread.

You will need som1 on the other side of your trade. Can happen immediatly can take 5 mins. Depends what ur trading. SPX options I think are the most liquid options on the market.
