The #1 main thing that stopped me thinking about using IG was when I entered a trade it showed up as -$5000 in red on the demo account (spread). So I thouht, why on earth would I do that when I can go the the futures contract and not pay that at all.

Although I was quite young I do remember there were so many disks with disk 1/8, disk 2/8 written on them. Then you'd get to disk 5 and it wasn't there so you had to go looking. Problem fixed with CDs and USB sticks. Not to mention the cloud.

Are they collecting 30% from your monthly charge ( I see 50% for 1 option ) + $99 per month to auto-trade + the new monthly fee schedule + a % from each trade? :banghead: They are milking it

Thing is, if you had already signed up for the $125 flat fee. They can't change that. If that was the original agreement then they must stick by it for ur strategy. Going forward they can change the fees but not if u already paid that. Were they already collecting 30% from each trader that...

? Spreadbetting is tax free in lots of Europe, any trader would use a spread betting company to avoid tax. If it wern't tax free then they would lose a tonne of clients.
