This reminds me of an old book I think I still have (been a while) that is full of statistics like this - splitting the range into zones and then figuring out the probabilities. I wonder if the same probabilities identified in the book apply today. At any rate thanks for reminding me of this idea.

Nitro, I would think that a savy trader such as yourself would understand that on the overnight session you have to keep one eye on NQ and the other eye on ND to get a full picture of what volume is going through on this contract as well as the actual size on each side of the B/A spread.

Imagine a trader with a method or system that only takes one position during a given day, and closes out this position at the end of each day. If a given day has a 3 point range, and the entry is at the high of that range, no amount of money management or clever exit tricks will turn this losing...
