I think this is an SEC movement, not so much so by the exchanges themselves.

To be honest it doesn't really matter to me as I trade intraday...good to have volatility and what not...but right now not too focussed on what various markets as a whole will do.

Good if you can make these predictions, even better if you benefit off them.
