    Tiger Woods has a swing coach. To my knowledge his coach, Butch Harmon, was never a pro. I don't think you have to be a great trader, to be able to teach others how to trade. especially the mechanics of trading.

    It is an SSF. Therefore, it does not have 60/40 tax treatment. Why would you want to trade futures on Q's?

    Yes. I do know many with this buy-n-hold/trade on the side strategy. The problem with this strategy is, when it goes wrong, it can result in huge account drawdowns........

    I hate semantics. However, whowah is correct. Acoording to the dictionary definition(both Webster and American Heritage) we are gamblers. I personally do not like the connotation associated with gambling, but whatever.

    If TA works, it is not just a chink in the armour. It would rip the entire foundation of the efficient Market hypothesis away. I think that is why they get a little defensive.:)
