oh, one other thing. once your are in the stocks section you can ask for "market update" and it will give a quick rundown of the indices and any major news.
Tiger Woods has a swing coach. To my knowledge his coach, Butch Harmon, was never a pro.
I don't think you have to be a great trader, to be able to teach others how to trade. especially the mechanics of trading.

I hate semantics. However, whowah is correct. Acoording to the dictionary definition(both Webster and American Heritage) we are gamblers. I personally do not like the connotation associated with gambling, but whatever.
If TA works, it is not just a chink in the armour. It would rip the entire foundation of the efficient Market hypothesis away.
I think that is why they get a little defensive.:)
