For VWAP (best efford) orders, is there any difference between 1. not specifying the End Time 2. specifying the End Time + selecting Allow Trading Past End Time Are they effectively the same (i.e both will fill the order in the same way till close of market)? Thanks.

I am using Stockcharts to get historical data for stocks/ETFs. Now is 4AM Pacific Time, Monday 08/14/2017, but the last data point for all ETFs (such as ANGL) in the "Past Data" link is still Thu 08/10/2017. Shouldn't the last data point be Fri 08/11/2017? Why is Friday data missing? Thanks.

Stockcharts.com says they have already adjusted for the dividends. For example, the chart for HYG is smooth without such semi-annual gaps. I am wondering why IHYG.L is not handled correctly.
