trdwl, you are right, citco is the biggest offshore administrator and they do have an office in CI, but as sombody mentioned before from the cost point of view it does not make sense to hire administrator for 1MM fund.

another question would be if you need independent administrator. many offshore fund require to run their books by offshore administrators. I guess it depends on your investors and if they trust you enough.
