How do you guys find the hot, moving stocks? I always seem to find the action afterwards on the movers list. Do I need a scan/newsletter/software?

How can I get p/l to clear after restarting TWS. For example I traded BTU yesterday and today and the realized p/l is for both days. I want p/l to start at zero even if I trade the same stock two days in a row. Any ideas? I've restarted TWS and that doesn't help. I've looked thru all...

Can I ask how much memory you have on your computer and whether you have quad core?

QT has become so slow lately with the new versions it's unbearable. Can't they come up with a lean version without all the extra crap? It's slow, prone to crash.... I can't think of any alternatives either since it has a couple things I can't find in others, ie. Esignal. Anyone...

Is there anywhere in the Acct Management I can go to see a) how many shares I've traded this month b) how much comm $$ I know I can download the activity and add it up myself, but I'm just wondering whether this info is summed up for one in any one page.
