Check out www.realtick.com. I used to work for them and they offer a broker neautral product that can send orders to multiple brokers/fcm's. You will have to start off with a broker that redistributes their product, then ask that broker if they will let you use the product for other brokers...

If the price on the ecn at 9:30 EST is a bid with shares greater or equal to your own AND you are next in line to get filled AND the route you sent the order to automatically routes to that specific ECN, you should get filled at 45. Sorry for the late reply. ----- Greg Davis...
