It used to be the case that ARCAEDGE charged an exorbitant amount of money to take liquidity. So we did not allow marketable orders to go there. It looks like the fee for taking liquidity is now .003 for stocks >= $1 and 30 basis points of trade value otherwise. We will reconfigure our routing...

At this point, we are still trying to find the cause.

We recently found a problem on our backend server software that was causing mass disconnects. This has been fixed. However, there is still a less severe disconnect problem that we are currently investigating. The disconnect will cause the TWS screen to go pink and in some cases freeze the market...

Thanks to the help of SPRSTPD, we have indeed found a problem with Relative orders. The problem occurs when the order is Relative + Iceberg. When these orders are entered the relative order price is not updated if your price is bettered. We will start rolling out a fix for this on Monday and...

We (IB) have been working on this problem for a while now. Unfortunately we have not been able to resolve this issue with the exchange. We are in the process of switching the protocol we use to receive market data from TSX and should have this rolled out within the next week or two.

We are rolling out new code tonight. It should be fully released by Monday 1/23.

We tested the zero offset relative order algorithm today and found some problems with it. It will be fixed within the next few days. Sorry for the mixup and any inconvenience.
