AFAIK, anyone (hedge fund, institution, individual) can trade as many contracts as they have margin for. Margins are set by the exchanges and vary from product to product. As an example, the CBOT mini-dow requires $500 per contract for day trading and $2632 per contarct to hold overnight.

Yeah their ropa vieja is quite good. It's a far cry from about 15 yrs ago when the whole downtown was a poster child for urban decline and blight. You might like El Gavilan on Flower ave too, it's Salvadoreano / Tex-Mex.

I'm new here also, not in VA but Silver Spring MD which is right across the river. Lived in Southwest VA for 5 years.
