    NinjaTrader on Windows 7 / 64bit OS

Ray, Any idea how the 64 will work with motherboards powering multiple chips. For instance, I have a bran new Apple PowerMac tower with twin Xeon chips which between the two have 12 cores. I've loaded and run Window's 7 directly on the hardware. Will the new NT 7 take advantage of this...

    platform for automated trading

This was my initial thought, that if we're going to go through the trouble to program in C++/C#, back test off tick data files using Matlab and other statistical software, why don't we plug the program directly into the market? I guess I'm just totally uninitiated on how to go about doing this...

    BackTesting - which program?

Certainly. Specifically I'm looking for a platform which is able to process historical tick data from an outside vendor and perform backtests over this data set according to the trading rules which we program using either C++ or C#. Ideally, we would find a platform that could condition the...

Non RT platform for backtesting of EOD tick data

I'm also looking for a program which will backtest on every tick. I have some very powerful computers available to me so don't care about speed of process, rather accuracy. Let me know if you guys find anything or have any suggestions. I'm working on a NinjaTrader setup right now but...
