Yes, you can use an OpenTick account. You have to record the data to playback since market data vendors provide historical tick data. Our replay plays back all market data bid,ask, last, price and size changes. Check out the prior link I posted for more information on usability.

The problem is your Date format is incorrect. It should be: YYYYMMDD you have: 199954 It should be: 1999 = YYYY 05 = MM 04 = DD thus the correct format is: 19990504

The delay or not filling of an order is based on NinjaTraders internal simulation engine that you are using. I suspect your also using the simulation of OEC's platform. I can say that NT uses a number of variables to model how orders are filled in real-time. I would be very hesitant to rely on...
