I have been trading with Ffasttrade for a little over 6 months now. The quality of service is excellent. I would give it an A+. Platform is good. I was trading with TT prior to that at a prop firm. TT is good too. I really cant tell the difference with my style of trading. Like any trader...

Globex halted. Announced in the pits that it is halted for the day. Cant wait till Eurex/Liffe takes over.:confused:

Some more info about the speed test. Use SBC/yahoo. Did a latency test using dslreports.com. The following is the url to the latency test: http://www.dslreports.com/quality/nil/992464 Do not understand the terms "ping-pong" ?? mentioned in the latency test. Oh well--it sys it passed...

Did a latency test ususing the site "dslreports.com". Came out as follows-- Line quality 0% loss latency 37.5ms. Sounds good, but I do not know what to make out of 37.5 seconds. Is it good/bad/marginal??.

Just recollecting from memory. At approx. 3:13 p.m. on Feb 4, 2003, there was a big spike in s & P e mini. The ES was trading at approx. 847, and in a nano second it jumped (spiked up) approx 25 full points (100 ticks). I am not kiddin. Thank goodness I had just got out of my short position...

Will start trading ES and NQ from home. Just had dsl (Only high speed broadband available in the area). Have speeds of 650/128 (download/upload). Will this be good enough for trading.
