A line item depends on how your executing broker sends the trades to IB.
They could be sending each trade, gross trades by symbol or net trades by symbol.
The worst case is if you pay per trade, the best case is if you pay per symbol traded per day.

This sounds like a serious problem. Can you provide details including your user name, times the orders were placed and TWS version.
Alternatively, you can contact Technical Assistance, they are best equipped to handle the problem...
Recent chart issues including slow loading, backfill problems and globex data problems are all related to hardware failures which the vendor (a major, reputable vendor) is not able to correct despite many attempts. We are switching to a different hardware platform on Monday to correct the problem.

TWS is stable with java 1.6 in standalone mode; if you are having problems please call customer service and have them create a ticket. Thanks.
The current Java version 1.6 has a known bug that will degrade performance of Java Webstart (i.e. browser version) of TWS.

Although IDEAL is the executing exchange, IB is not the counterparty.
Executions on IDEAL are either with another IB customer or with another liquidity provider.
IB or Timber Hill is never the counterparty on IDEAL.
