Let's all chip in for Gordon

Quote from Scientist: GG: "If that trade had worked out I could have ..." I COULD HAVE. My god. HELLLOOOO??? This is not what trading is about. What you're saying is what gamblers say. "Yes, I know it was dumb to go to the roulette wheel and put all my money on "Rouge", but I COULD...

Hope you do not mind all of my questions P2, but I like your posts. What sort of risk/money management do you use? How much do you consider liquidity (for exit or stop loss) when building positions? Thanks again in advance :)

how to manage false breakouts on NQ ES

Thanks for all your great posts, I have been following your posts on other threads as well. I have just a couple of questions about the last BO chart you posted. I am rather new to your ideas, but I find them very insightfull. 1. Does VDU mean Volume Dry Up, silly question i am sure 2...

Do commodities vary in the short term?

I am a newbie, mostly into stocks too, but this thread sounds interesting. Could you elaborate a bit for someone that is more naive? What do you mean by non-symmetric? As in like having the portfolio be biased to the long or short at different times, so not always flat?

I have never seen a better trader than

Jack on your last posted chart comparing HOV and NFI, you have a few acronyms that I am not familiar with. Is VDU = volume drying up? Thanks

I have never seen a better trader than

I do not want to be perceived as attacking anyone here, but it looks to me that Jack was right. If one had bought HOV instead of NFI, then they would be ahead. Also, I think Jack has done a great job of trying to explain his trades and intelligently comment on others (namely Mr. Market's)...

The problem is that i live in Canada, so I cannot open an account with many of the popular US firms. Noble will accpet my account only if...
