after taking last week off and missing all that bidu action, i wasn't gonna let today's IPO's go by untraded. ROLL and COLY were pretty much snoozers, and being that i'm a notorious volume chicken, i didn't do as much with CMED as i should have. still a good morning, tho.

made a couple dumb trades late, and lost a bit from my 2:30 peak, but still had my best day in 3 months.

i've been waiting for this BIIB move for months. i knew it was coming. and what do i do? i scale out too soon, and miss most of the run. well, it's only 10:10. the day's still young.

i kicked ass these past 2 days without even logging into my account. :) funny thing is, if i were around while my core stocks were running like they were, i woulda scaled out of them and made a lot less.

logged in at 10:15, so i lost about $200 worth of profitable trades from that opening Q pop. also lost some to that lid the .80 MSFT loss put on the dow and naz. still made back all of yesterday's loss, tho.

i agree. whether someone makes alotta money or not is always relative to the speaker. while $5,000 is a lot to most people, especially to someone with a 5 or low 6 figure account, it's not a lot to someone with a 7 figure account. if find your niche, and have the financial means to exploit...
