An equity curve is not a price chart. I don't think TA applies.

My issue is the equity curve. The system has been flat since June 2010. Most of the performance is from March '09 to June '10.

I have had problems importing tick data in as an ascii txt file into MultiCharts. Maybe this is a new fix with new beta.

I have used Jukik MA and their RSI in the past. Nothing special. The client I was coding for wanted to use it, but back-testing results were similiar to a linear regression average. The problem is it looks good on a chart (hindsight bias), but in real-time their is no improvement in success...

Please search "Non-blocking algorithm" and you will find your solution and the reason for your original problem. OnQuoteUpdate should be a minimal function (no overhead; just handle the arrival of data). Move processing to another thread or application.
