Also, IB does not deliver true tick data, IQ does, among many others.. so just map your symbol IQ to IB in QM, and work from there.... and forget IB as data provider for your analysis for anything below daily.. a good data provider will speed up MC a lot :thumbsup:

You cant load or use intraday data in MC, really for analysis, IB will stop you from fetching to much data at same time and stop your feed or pause it... its a nightmare working with IB data... i believe most people using MC together with IB as broker that is using intraday data for research...

The question is not possible to understand. However its not my business, but copy someone elses trades (no matter who it is) is not a great way to start trading and will most likely lead to you loosing your money. The trading business you are starting is not repeatable and has no value.

Been with IB for several years, trading strictly using Algos, intraday using US based server routed to IB US based servers using IB Gateway, managing algos with Multicharts... markets are major futures and us equities... i have never had any issues, never slow response, support very good on...
