Well I traded like crap today. Market up almost 200 points and I only made a few ticks. Short trade at 11645. Reversed to long at 11666. - 21. Long at 11666. Out at close 11697. +31. A whopping 10 ticks on the day. I am going to go beat the dog.

Lot of two sided trading up here at 11700. Need some of you to buy 5000 or so. Bond traders prob don't know what to do:p Trying to get their scalps A lot of vol has been spent up here. Very shakey

Out of my short. Long. There were buyers at 11700. Watching the 11671 area on the downside.

I have some major cycle change signals going on. Some at 12:00 and some at 12:30. It's hard to be short. I will post the levels as they develop. The cycles could be up instead of down.

If we do move down there were sellers at 11600. They will likely cover and push the market up a little. I will exit 11585/11600 and see if we get through this level.

There were buyers yesterday down at 11350 and I was one of them, some older longs I see at 11430 and 11367. We may see 350 again in the near future. Who knows.

The market has made a substantial move on up but I see no OTF buying at of yet. The volume is good, but the volume I watch is non existent. This can (Might, may, sometimes, maybe, don't bet on it) lead to a sharp reversal of direction. I am short at 11544

I took my profit at 11480. Having doubts. +130

The market is giving us the 11350 level again. I am setting longs for a move back to 11641. Tight risk if we move below the 11350 level significantly

Apply the activity bar study price distribution or volume distribution. Set your data on 1 or 5 minutes. I have some more examples in this thread

One thing that strikes me visually is that the daily distribution is in the shape of the letter "P". This can sometimes mean the up move was caused by short covering, but it is hard to say. If this is the case, the market could move aggessively back down resuming its trend. Watch to see if...

The upper distribution met its objective at 11644 (actual high so far has been 11636). As discussed the most likely scenario is a move back down toward 422/351 in coming sessions. I have exited all my longs and would not get long again unitl we build value up above 644. If the market trades...

I just realized I left my short trade at the end of the day out of my totals. I actually made 152 points or about 70% of the range. This will make up for the times when I make -35% of the range.:)

Today was a good day for the method. I had a couple trades in the chop that were losers which I did not post. They happened fast. The total for today was +116. Today's ATR was around 214 so about 55% of the range. Luckily another good day. I wish they were all this good.
