Cool software, but getting someone on the phone without sitting on hold for 45 min is often a challenge. As with most BD's and Trading shops (in general) customer service and finding someone that actually knows what the hell they are talking about is often very challenging.

For what it is worth, the customer service (the folks you deal with on the phone) are neither friendly nor informative. They refuse to give you any pricing until you try their mediocre free trial. The are very proud of their service, as their pricing will indicate to all that get a quote...
