Depends on what type of trade you're making and your hit/miss ratio. If you're able to capture a large run, but solid hits are few and far between, then by all means scale in and out. You're essentially dipping your foot in the water here and then diving in when you realize the water is...

Read up on Optimal F and Secure F. That might give you some leads on how to structure your position sizing.

Personally, I think if this was a retaliatory measure against US action with Taiwan, it'd be something more significant, such as cybertheft of say, missile data. It's not like hacking some human rights activists' accounts are going to punish Taiwan or the US at all.
