You could also get them to set up a brokerage account, and you trade it through a power of attorney form.However, I would not have to many accounts. also, you do it as a laon from the friends, and pay them a flat interest rate on the loan, maybe with a year end bonus.

Chill out, it's not the end of the world. Don't know about the laws over there.Get a lawyer. Maybe you can stay the conviction until court date.Then if you have to, pay the fine. Move on.

Mav, I've traded clients money as well, but not in a prop firm.Had my own clients. Could never trade with a gun to my head. I have to trade when I see my set up.I had my clients setup with a fixed rate of return. Took a lot of presure off.

Mav, Did you believe this when you were working at the prop firm? Or did you work this out afterwords?
