    You are going long at higher highs - thats perfect. I don’t know the TF you are trading...but why not get in that small pullback on the way up? Why wait till the next congestion area?

    This probably helps if you think about a sport. A good boxer knows the rules of the game and can predict most of the time when the opponent is going to throw or fold. One obviously knows what happens to the boxer who fails to look for the “obvious” signs.. Same with the bridge player...though...

    To know what it means..look at Nifty..great bull market...rally was unstoppable till a few weeks back...mean reverted and see the drop of the past few days... Having said that...I am looking for a reversal in that market ;)

    It is not only the Fed. In most of the other countries the story is similar. Printing cash to create liquidity and passing the pain to next generation. The market may and will go higher (eventually) but not in a straight line of the past few weeks. It is far beyond any technical levels let...

    I remember once my real estate agent telling me in a raging bull market “the stock market never goes down”... Even today, I think how she was able to call the top with such precision! The bull run ended within a couple of days ;)

    And that also creates the market where big sellers can get in and start building their positions... Not liking the rise like this...but what else can you do other than being long with no overnight positions and tight stops..

    This is a good question....and one may be worried if trading illiquid instruments or trading that time of day when volume is a trickle.. You will know when is the time to trade an instrument so that you are not the one caught on wrong side of things..
