i still feel we have had a fake break to the upside to fill in some of the weekly drop and draw in buyers that think we are going moon again before we fall back down and take some lower liquidity and all the buyers stops. just feel we have not seen the end to the down side just yet.

I can see there is a nice area of liquidity still untouched around the 1812 levels where i will be looking for it to fall before a good push to the upside with all the news going on and the stuff with Russia could see gold being held as the safe haven for the short term bullish run from here.

i see a lot of the Instagram folk with there TV on the walls with there charts. personally for me i have a sl and tp set and if and when at the gym i am there for fitness not trading. you just need to have more trust in your set ups and ideas and not watch the charts 24/7
