Yes. Vista will support 4GB of RAM, as will Windows XP. But, I think by default Windows takes 2GB of RAM and allocates it to the operating system. That leaves you with 2GB of the 4GB for your applications. There is a solution to this though. I think you can force Windows to allocate 3GB...

There are none. I usually just F-around with the software until I see something that looks new and then call them. Release notes are only provided by professional software companies so don't expect them anytime soon.
