I am wondering whether trading on Foreign Exchanges (like ASX, TSE, Euronext, etc.) will allow you to circumvent the PDT restrictions even though you are trading through an American broker, like IB. It seems FINRA doesn't regulate foreign stock exchanges, so I don't see how they could stop...
