Here is what the QQQ did after-hours

Those horizontal lines are just some lines I drew as possible downside targets during a down move, but I really didn't think it was going down. I had the wrong bias. Hmm.

I had a long bias today, which I held all day long, even after the close. My long bias came from the QQQ. I thought for sure it was going to hit an all-time high today.

Got smoked in TNA today. He's always been a bitch anyways. Now I have to post a number of charts here so that I can go back and study, figure out what I did wrong, figure out what I would do differently next time, etc. Ugh.

I was busy running errands today, so didn't trade much.

You can see today that I have an example of "doubling up if it goes against me". You can check out my 10:00 am trade in QQQ. I added twice to my position as it went against me. If I had begun my position with 250 shares, I could not have tripled down. I could not have even doubled down...

Thanks JL, yes. Trying to figure out how to do that appropriately. With my buying power, I can buy 500 shares of QQQ and I will be maxed out. And if I hold any overnights, my intraday buying power will be even less than that. With that said, I don't really like entering a position with full...

+$90 today. Could have been better. Wasn't fast enough to catch a few trades. Next time!

Hardly traded today, even though stocks moved quite a bit. Oh well. Made $25 after selling my overnight position in the premarket.

Sold Coke (KO) premarket at $46.98, so now I start the day with $33,058 So I made $110 yesterday (including this overnight trade).

Down about $100 today so far, but I'm also holding 600 shares of Coke overnight, expecting a decent profit off this trade, so we'll see.

Why spread your eggs into ten baskets Ken? Can't you figure out the one ETF that will most likely yield you the highest return, and go from there? That ETF would not necessarily be the one with the highest ATR, because you also have to think about predictability, and perhaps the biggest...
