Good work on the EUR, too bad on the USD/JPY. How long do you plan to hold on that EUR? Looks like we just broke the 1.55 mark...crazy. Will you look to get short on the USD/JPY anytime soon? I got short just above 102.5, we broke it and I'm hoping to get an hourly confirmation of such...

Yeah, I'm right with you on being bear USD and I believe the GBP will continue upwards longer term. Looking at the daily and seeing where it was just a few months ago...and now with the USD taking hit after hit, more cuts coming, etc...it's the place to be IMO. And it looks like you got an OK...

I second you looking into Oanda. The variable lot sizes are crucial to my money management and I think it's definitely something worth looking into for you.

Is anyone else trading this retail? I went ahead and set aside half of my trading capital that I will not be using yesterday, looking to catch a couple hundred pips or so in the next 2-3 weeks. Hell of a lucky entry, I will admit...the USD dumped some 250-300 pips in the next six hours and...

This is what I want to do but I just haven't seen the big push above 97 like I would have thought. Maybe too much resistance? It looks more like a triple top than anything else. Even with fundies on the side of the GBP, no push yet...watching for now. Let me know how you make out.

Yeah...yesterday I was seeing a descending triangle but it blew though the 1.965 "resist" to just above 1.97 (2/14 high). Looks like a decent short w/a tight s/l in fear of long break out. Friday does hinder things though...will be watching.

I'm seeing resist to this latest run up @ about 1.965 (conincides with 2/17 high). Anyone preparing a short back down to support?

Good play there. I rode that uptrend the last couple of days but was out, awating to see how it would react as we got closer to the 100 level - where I expected major resist. Looks like it came a little early! :)

Ahhh, well said Sim, I'll check that out tonight...didn't think of using it that way. I've done it accidentally when trying to put in a hedge trade (long/short) on the same pair, but never thought of using it to scale out of a single position. Thanks!
