Today went alright I started the night off trading the Bund and then when the US markets opened I traded the 30 yr bond on the simulator. --------- Bund 20 trades + 3 ticks = 30.00 Euros ----------- US 30yr Bond (simulator) 18 trades +1 tick = $31.25

I had a good day today. I did not trade the US open and I had a much better outcome. Tomorrow I will go on the simulator during U.S. ours and get a feel for the 30yr bonds and see how that goes. Trading the bund during the day just doesn't feel right for me. I do however enjoy trading...

My problem is when the US markets open. I am usually up 4-5 ticks prior to the US 10yr. What I plan to do tomorrow is trade the Bund at night like normal and then test some different markets out on the simulator during the day. Can anyone make any suggestions on what market"s" may be easier...

Just to clarrify, sorry for being confuseing. The Eurex fee is $.22 perside plus a $.25 com fee from my company plus $.02 for some other form of tax.

I agree about my losses. I need to learn to contain them. I actually have more winning trades then loosing. In regards to coms I am paying $.25 per side.

Yesterday was a little better. I was able to control my losses. The rule I try to stick by is not to take more then a 3 tick loss and not to hold onto a position for more then 4-5 minutes. ------------ 31 trades -3 ticks= -$30.00
