IS a 3 yr contract worth 40%split+free services better than a flat out 50% split?(I have to pay for trading a software license+share CQG costs with 2 other guys). I just got my own trading account after a 3 month internship.

are there options based on strike prices other than at every pont?( eg: an option on the 10 year where the strike price is say 107160 instead of 10800).the electronic exchange only lists options for every point.
