Yes, that is the version I have. Can't remember when I upgraded, though. I think in the last few days. It must be some other difference besides upgrading, though. On another system, I have the same 818.5 version and everything there is ok so far.(different set of pages/symbols). I guess...

All of the TWS pages disappeared when I restarted computer. Since I use over 20 pages of quotes, that's hell of frustrating to start from scratch again. Made no changes at all to system, yet, POOF! The only settings left that I can see are the layout settings and the individual security...

well, 1 problem is when some bid/ask spreads begin to be the same size as the daily range in some stocks. I know...you only look at indexes, etc, etc.

sometimes, I start thinkin' my data feed must 've stopped. Too many traders chasing too little opportunity. Especially computer/system traders. The market has to get a lot of these people to quit/give up before a new "cycle" of decent ranges begins.

Your 80% return is not bad. But then again, you'd be amazed at how much LUCK is often a factor in many people's returns but they usually cite their "superior research, hard work, discipline, etc.", as if that were enough to make them world capitalist #1. Of course when they get blown out...

The problem is that trend following often does not work but neither does fading. The trick is to figure which one is best right now.

My thought exactly. Less volatility with more opportunity. I think 1 guy has to be the "boss" or lead partner so you don't have a several people blaming each other.

Actually, in a couple of your prior posts, I noticed you used the term "we" referring to your trading activities. Are you in some type of employer/ee enterprise yourself?

I think you guys are not understanding my question/thinking on this issue. What if you pooled resources/accounts into 1 and treated the group as a business/partnership? It would then be in the benefit of everyone to *really* help each other out. Let's say 1 person is responsible market...

Yes, the weird thing is they've got all the infrastructure in place to have a high quality feed, yet keep screwing things up somehow. Hard to say what the reason might be. Don't know if it's sales/revenue issue or just plain incompetence.

They will never fix it. Its 600 symbols with no data. Very time consuming to fix. They're just hoping you'll quiet down or go away.
