Good Question probably just a personal thing here after experiencing both countries.. put it this way I wouldnt be surprised if the the crime stats were compared... also Columbia borders Panama....the ave wage being low and of course other factors... Drugs run more through the canal ...

I see well certainly Costa Rica is safer than Panama IMHO. There are incentives for people to Invest in Panama....check the internet....it helps if you have a reputable lawyer here...quite a few are not !! lol... With I think an investment of > 150-170 K you can apply for citizenship...

Well, Panama has between 90-100 different Banking Companies here Its also a Central point for trade There is also tax benefits for certain companies Growing still Close to USA Costa Rica is very beautiful. Panama's country side is similar but its city has had some poor planning...

Very often for me a better target will appear after a trade is put on. Hence target flexability but based on a firm method for determining a trades extent is what works for my trading. Best John
