I suppose it would show a positive result but the swings would be ridiculous, which is something I'm trying to avoid. I mean the trade fails 3 out of 4 times basically if you're using 1 hour bars and I don't want to increase my time frame.

Depends on the success rate, the tunnel method I used briefly gave about 25 pips or so at the most.

The longer holding period would be the result of holding winners. Longer time frames do not have to indicate wider stops.

Yeah huge delays here too, we use an in house platform that also sucks because of the auto centering thing.

This crap sounds dangerous. I 'd pretty much put on the max position possible on my entry and peuk out if it didn't work out, which would be astronomically improbable.

I guess the sole reason for my post is that I watch the t-bond everyday, and there are definitely maybe a few moments each month where there is an opportunity to get in a particular trade and the odds of it working it out are probably 99% or so. Yes, I'm familiar with all the trading maxims...

There is an 18000 lot sitting at 112010 and the guy got hit on probably 5000 of it so far and he keeps putting more on, its amazing. Haven't seen this kind of size at one price ever.
