    Upcoming AAPL quarter

I think I am going to short AAPL! :D:D

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

No! As a matter of fact it did not. DBK.DE however did quote at that price. I stated the correct ticker symbol in post # 25. Please, stop arguing. You made a small mistake. Let it go.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

I took 10% on DB and exited. NFLX is hurting me at -4%. Sigh!

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

    Thanks, I'll take a look.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

You made an incorrect assumption about the ticker symbol and failed to realize that I was in the trade for two weeks. It was a correct long two weeks ago, which I exploited (10% return), and there is a growing number that would argue that its a long-term long if you're willing to wait it out.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

Another speculative long on MG.TO at 53.63. 100 shares. However, this one actually has longer term investing potential. I have a simple couch potato portfolio and then do speculative trades with the margin this creates.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

Deut' and Chris', forget it. It doesn't matter. I'm out of that trade now anyhow. I made a good call several days ago and collected 10% today. However, I'm down close to 3% on Netflix, so I may give that 10% back again. Oh well. These are intentionally speculative trades where I attempt to...

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

DB is close to my profit taking point. Very very close to 10% profit. I bought DB at 12.79. https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/q?s=DB&ql=1 Actually, thanks for the heads up. I was busy with other things and didn't notice. I'm out.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

Up 8% on DB; Down 2.5% on NFLX. 5% of portfolio on those two stocks.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

95 is less far-fetched than you might think given that the stock price ranged between 90 and 100 for most of 2016.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

I have established an approximate average price of $95 for 2016. That is my "take-n". I don't have an explicit stop, however trades like this have a mental stop at 20% loss.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

Given my comment about DB, this is kind of funny: Deutsche Bank initiated coverage on Netflix’s stock with a sell rating and $90 price target, saying the stock has an unattractive risk/reward profile over “a very long” time horizon...

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

Stock closed today below my sell price and headed lower in after hours. Risky trade? Absolutely. I can't deny this and only time will tell if its a good trade. I also went long on deutsche bank several days ago at $12.79. I have a few very speculative trades like this.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

I've only slightly waded in. I think I'll add to my short if it reaches that price.

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

No, its a figure of speech. Come on ....

    NETFLIX: Short Sell

After the earnings report and the subsequent 19% rise, I decided to short this stock at $119.10. Anybody else thumbing their nose at the stock? Please, tell me why you think I've blundered.

Profiting From trading 2 Markets that Move the INVERSE from one another .........

There have been a number of occasions where I have placed a long term long trade with cash on a given stock and then intra-day ( short and long) traded the same stock on mergin.

Human traders can beat algorithms by relying on gut feeling, study shows

Please, don't misquote me. I did not state that gut trading was gambling. That statement was made by Zodiac4u.

Does anyone knows how much can I possibly make a day in the FOREX market with $3,000?

Yup, or they'll create the 'snowball' and than drop it off the edge of the cliff.... and ... well... poof its nothing but a bunch of snowflakes again.

Human traders can beat algorithms by relying on gut feeling, study shows

Yikes! ALL trading, without exception, despite any contrary arguments, ONLY works "some of the time"!!!
