Do you all Believe the woman who is accusing Va. Lt. Governor?

o_O certainly, all you have to do is convince a court in either case, that there is sufficient evidence of law breaking to proceed. Should be an easy barrier to hurdle.

Do you all Believe the woman who is accusing Va. Lt. Governor?

ah, "she wasn't upstairs," would that do? That's what Kavenaugh said. And she also said she didn't think her friend Keyser would remember the party. One of many parties every weekend all summer. Do you recall your specific weekends when you were a teenager when nothing in particular happened...

Do you all Believe the woman who is accusing Va. Lt. Governor?

Nor were they shown to be incorrect by her witnesses. Why didn't Brett's, ah "Barts", alcoholic buddy who was with him while he was sexually assaulting Ford, agree to testify under oath.* It would have been so easy to say "This did not happen." "Or, I wasn't there." Kinda makes you wonder...

I thought it was over for Trump but he is at 50% Approval

Is this yet another conspiracy theory of yours? Now the people who make there living based on the accuracy of their polling of the entire political spectrum, including, of course, independents, are conspiring, are they. Thus the "fake pollsters".

Trump's propaganda arm pulls all the stops to expose Jeff Bezos

One of the things I admire about Bezos is he bought the WAPO to protect it and preserve it as a great institution of Amwrican Journalism. He has nothing to do with its management or editorial policy. But those who write for WaPo must be aware of what might displease him. Blackmail is a...

I thought it was over for Trump but he is at 50% Approval

Of course not. It changed over the course of the campaign.

Do you all Believe the woman who is accusing Va. Lt. Governor?

Actually not. I suppose that is why the jury system of American Justice is flawed. The jury remembers the witness saying something other than what they said. Oh well.

Do you all Believe the woman who is accusing Va. Lt. Governor?

There is, so far, a galaxy of difference between the discovery phase in the Kavenaugh case and this Virginia Fracas. Let's not get carried away. In fact, lets not even be bothered by this stuff let the Commonwealth of Virginia work this out. I do hope, however, they impeach the Governor. I...

Where/how can I master price action to trade it profitably?

Probably the best way to profit from price action is to write a book about it. Maybe even a readable book.

I thought it was over for Trump but he is at 50% Approval

More likely to reflect a change in public opinion rather than a change in polling methods or "template". Interestingly, if you average all the professional poll results using the last poll results reported just before the election, they were right on the money within the margin of error. The...

How do people fail at this?

It's called DMA; it's not of course. Now, there is a screening step that intervenes. But that may not be true for all instruments. It is true for equities, so far as I am aware.

How do people fail at this?

This is certainly true of Thinkorswim's simulator. I think simulators serve two purposes. One is to get people familiar with the software; the other is to sucker people by making it seem easy to make money day trading. If you want to make money day trading, an absolute requirement is to use a...

    Discussion 70% U S Tax Rate

Not really. But take heart, as long as unearned income is taxed at lower rates than earned and the top marginal rate on earned income is 70%, you'll never reach the 70 % rate unless your a professional trader whose income is earned, and then its highly unlikely unless you are trading other...

    Socialism ....

During the Great Depression many elements of socialism were introduced into the American economy. These included the Works Progress Administration, Rapid Growth of Union Membership -- some Union leaders were avowed Socialists or Communists-- Workman's Compensation, Social Security, etc. Some...

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

Let's follow the "Abram's" Suit (Technically Brought by 'Fair Fight Action', a group Abrams founded) Should be instructive. Georgia Officials are trying to get the case thrown out right now. Do you think they will succeed in getting it thrown out?

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

Isn't it limited already, to paths pointed to by evidence of civil or criminal law violation. Mueller's team has to justify subpoenas, and indictments to get them issued. We may not get to see the evidence until later, but it would be a mistake to assume there isn't any.

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

The winning party in an election is powerless to stop an investigation without concurrence of a court. The aggrieved party can, should , and sometimes does take their case to court. That's where these issues , if they are substantive , are decided. When there is not enough evidence of fraud...

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

That would be a first for a criminal investigation. "You've got until next Wednesday to identify the murderer or just forget it." My sense is that the investigation of Trump's financial transactions is just now getting under way. The Russian thing may be wrapping up. But on the other hand...

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

I don't oppose. I favor such an investigation when it is done by disinterested governmental agencies or disinterested non-profit organizations, etc. It seems there may be a lack of enthusiasm for such investigations without some indication of fraud to begin with.

Texas says it found 95,000 non-citizens on voter rolls; 58,000 have voted

You need no data to get on Fox News, or Tweet. But here you do. Give us any example, just one actual example where you have reliable data from a government agency or disinterested party that shows there is a problem somewhere of illegal immigrants determining the outcome of elections, or even...
